Observations of a long term dream journalist

Abstract

The author describes his attempts to remember dreams and to dream lucidly over a time span of 32 years. He evaluates his success in those efforts and explains what motivated his interest in dreams, which is central in these endeavors. Also, experiments with nutritional supplements are described.
