Roman Glass Vessels Discovered At Carsium (I)

The author presents two glass fragments of mould-blown vessels found in the excavations at Carsium, a Roman camp on the Lower Danube (Ptolemaeus, III, 10, 5). These two pieces belong to: 1. A bulbous bottle with two handles (aryballos); 2. A date-shaped bottle. Both are Syro-Palestinian products from the 2nd half of the 1st  century A. D. - the begining of the 2nd.
