Argumentation in Abraham‘s (PBUH) story

Abstract

Argumentation is one of the tools most used by all prophets to convince their people of the unity of God. Abraham (peace be upon Him) proceeded to several types of argumentations according to the communication situations and the people to whom he speaks. Abraham‘s speech will therefore not be the same with his father, his people and the king since their positions are not the same.
