The article puts into scientific circuit a native cooper axe listing itself among the rare discoveries of this kind within the Cucuteni - Tripolic culturc. Its type can be met also within the Gumelnița culture (in the Coteana and Gumelnița variants), and thc Sâlcuța culture. as well as within the Transylvania and Hungary eneolithic.
