Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The manuscript uses the DAHJ template in Microsoft Word and includes: intended issue, title of article, abstract, 5 keywords, main text, embedded images, endnotes, bibliography, and uses the Chicago Manual of Style (notes and bibliography).
- The submission includes a metadata document using the DAHJ template, including: title of article, full name of author(s), correspondence email address(es), institutional affiliation(s), and short CV of author(s).
- The submission includes separate uploads of images in high resolution. Authors are responsible for obtaining all images, rights, and permissions.
- Acknowledgment: This manuscript is an original work of scholarship that has not been previously published or under review by another journal/publisher. (Incomplete or nonconforming submissions will be returned to the author(s)).
