Abstract

The papers in this volume of Working Papers Contested Order examine the Citationgraph of eAQUA. The study is divided into two main sections. The first addresses a number of issues concerning the representation of citations as part of the cultural heritage. It takes as starting point the development of quoting and quotations before embarking on the discussion of identifying fragments and of their representation in a digital age. The second section gives examples exploring the actual application ‘Citationgraph’. The appendix contains the table
on which results in the main section are based on. This is followed by a short discussion analysing the results given in the tables.
The papers presented here form part of a larger study of the eAQUA project, published in Working Papers Contested Order No.1 & 3.
