Abstract

The essay discusses the application of the fiduciary model to medical practice with a focus on the doctor-patient relationship and resulting implications. It is a result of the Fellow Project "Doctors as Trustees? – Legal, Medical and Ethical Implications" by Prof. Dr. Stefan Geibel (Jurisprudence) and Prof. Dr. Eva C.
