The latest issue of »Francia-Recensio« contains 86 reviews spanning the Middle Ages, the early modern period, and contemporary history.
All reviews are provided with a DOI, which is recommended for each text as a reliable and permanent form of citation.

»Francia-Recensio« is an online review journal published four times a year by the German Historical Institute Paris. It reviews – in German, French and English – works on the history of Western Europe.
Each historical period has its own editor, responsible for selecting the works to be reviewed and the reviewers, and for the editorial supervision of the reviews. In its mediating role, the Editorial team seeks to ensure that each work is reviewed in a different language from that in which it is written.
»Francia-Recensio« emerged in 2008 from the review section of the journal »Francia. Forschungen zur westeuropäischen Geschichte«. All individual reviews are provided with a DOI as a permanent citation.
Each issue, containing around 80 reviews, is also available on perspectivia.net and recensio.net and on the international platform DOAJ.
