About the Journal

Pegasus is usually published once or twice a year in diamond open access and simultaneously as print on demand.

Contributions on all aspects of the reception of antiquity in the visual arts and architecture are welcome.

The journal also publishes special issues, such as collected conference papers, and reviews on these topics.

If your individual contribution is longer than approx. 40,000 / 5,000 words and 15 illustrations, or if you wish to publish in a language other than German, English, French, Italian or Spanish, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance.

All manuscripts undergo a double, anonymous peer review process.

Images should be submitted at 300 dpi as a file labelled with your name and the serial number in the contribution.

The authors bear sole responsibility for all publication rights.
