Visual reflexivity of Kazimierz Nowosielski

The essay concerns the writings of Kazimierz Nowosielski devoted to the contemporary work of the painters of the Tri-City. An important feature of this writing I call an aesthetic reflexivity, because what becomes aesthetic/visual here is the basis for thoughts and conclusions (reflections) about life, creation and understanding of human existence. In the presented perspective, the word plays an important, hermeneutic function, becoming the epiphany of the pictorial/aesthetic truth about human living in the world.
