Abstract
Based on the observation that self-exploitation is both expected and practised in study programmes, assuming that students are only able to successfully acquire a degree that way, the article aims to sensitize lecturers and those involved in study programme to this problem and the implicit unequal treatment of students. It is also discussed that with the Bologna reform and the introduction of modularized study programmes, the equivalent of a full-time position was used as a benchmark for course planning.
